PVOIL Phu Yen inaugurates Phu Binh petroleum rest stop: A strategic milestone to elevate the brand

On the morning of February 3, 2026, Phu Binh petroleum rest stop was officially inaugurated and put into operation at Km 1173+850 (left side) of National Highway 1A, An Lac Dong 2 hamlet, Phu My commune, Gia Lai province. The project is directly managed and operated by PVOIL Phu Yen, and is identified as a transition from the traditional petrol station model to a multi-service fuel station, creating a distinctive highlight in PVOIL’s retail network development strategy.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of Vietnam Oil Corporation – JSC (PVOIL) and strategic partner Idemitsu Vietnam Company Limited, marking an important step in the process of standardizing the system, enhancing customer experience and increasing brand value in the Central Highlands – South Central Coast region.

National Highway 1A is a vital North–South transport artery, where long-distance trucks and container traffic is always at a high level. In that context, PVOIL Phu Yen has chosen a different approach: not stopping at fuel supply but developing an integrated model with multiple utilities at a single destination. This is also a demonstration of how PVOIL increases service value, turning a fuel station into a multi-utility stop – where the brand is recognized through the quality of actual experience.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Ngo Van Nhiem – Director of PVOIL Phu Yen affirmed: “Phu Binh rest stop is a concrete step in the orientation of building a multi-service fuel station model of PVOIL. We not only meet fuel demand but aim to serve the entire journey of customers – from rest, dining to vehicle support products and services.”

According to Mr Nhiem, in the context where petroleum products have been standardized according to regulations, the factor creating differentiation lies in service quality and the accompanying utility ecosystem. Phu Binh is invested synchronously from technical infrastructure to service space, in order to bring a convenient, safe and professional experience.

Phu Binh petroleum rest stop is built in accordance with PVOIL brand identity, ensuring full compliance with regulations on fire prevention and environmental protection. The system includes 08 modern fuel dispensers, providing all types of petroleum products according to current standards, integrated with automatic e-invoice issuance, ensuring transparency and speed in transactions. In addition to fuel, the station also provides AdBlue solution and PVOIL LUBE lubricants, meeting the needs of long-distance transport vehicles.

The highlight of Phu Binh lies in its accompanying service area: rest space for drivers, dining area and auxiliary facilities are arranged scientifically and cleanly. This model helps optimize stopping time, increase convenience and contribute to improving traffic safety when drivers have appropriate rest conditions.

Currently, PVOIL Phu Yen manages 62 petrol stations and 01 rest stop in Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa.
