Moreover, according to amended Law on Tax Administration approved by the National Assembly, from July 1st 2022, State organizations, companies and individuals have to use electronic bills.
Recently, electronic bills has become more and more popular in enterprises, especially large-scaled ones with advanced information technology infrastructure operating in sectors including trade, service, because electronic billing application brings much benefit to enterprises, consumers and authorities.

Especially, using printed bill, PVOIL met difficulty in transferring them to customers. Printed bill has created much hurdle for PVOIL to apply PVOIL Easy program, a method of non-cash payment for customers at PVOIL petroleum stations. Electronic billing is a solution that encourages customers to use products and services of PVOIL.
